Photo-georeferencing allows for the simultaneous recording of ones experiences visually as well as geographically.
Since learning about this amazing technology, I have started recording various hiking, skiing, and other holiday trips and have listed some here for others who might be interested to follow, as well as to preserve a visual reference or "diary" to assist myself in remembering the details about various outdoor excursions.

Make sure "Terrain" is checked in the Google Earth "Layers" menu to view a 3-D
version of the track.
