Bineth, our guide, at the
start of the trail to the top of Mt. Meru in Arusha National Park.
The gun was mandatory as the trail passes through some areas frequented
by dangerous animals, mainly buffalo.
This trek took only 4 days. The walking was great, the huts
we stayed in were
plain but comfortable, and the scenery was breathtaking. |
