My wife and I toured Romania with the Castenchel Choir from
Chelsea, Quebec, in August, 2002.
This was a very interesting, enjoyable trip with some wonderful people.
The residents we met wherever we traveled in Romania were very
friendly and hospitable.

It was the site of much violence during the uprising in 1989. |
