Romania

My wife and I toured Romania with the Castenchel Choir from Chelsea, Quebec, in August, 2002.
This was a very interesting, enjoyable trip with some wonderful people.
The residents we met wherever we traveled in Romania were very friendly and hospitable.

This is Revolution Square in Bucharest.

It was the site of much violence during the uprising in 1989.

Our choir, Castenchel, singing in an orthodox church at the choral festival in Brasov.
